Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 0.875 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 0.25 cup half-and-half
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line the outside of an 8-inch springform pan with foil. Coat the inside of the pan generously with butter, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, and shake off any excess.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar, beating on low speed until smooth. Mix in heavy cream, sour cream, and half-and-half. Stir in vanilla, then gradually add eggs one at a time. Pour the filling into the prepared pan and wrap the pan's bottom with aluminum foil to avoid water seepage.
  • Place the cheesecake in a luxurious water bath before baking in the preheated oven for 75 minutes, or until the luscious filling is perfectly set.
