Elevate focaccia with brie, peppers, and basil. Only 4 simple ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Grilled Tricolored Bell Peppers or purchased roasted bell peppers
  • 1 round focaccia bread, 8 to 11 inches in diameter (8.8 to 16 oz)
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
  • For a charcoal grill, position the drip pan under the grilling area and place the coals around the firebox's edge. Preheat your gas or charcoal grill for indirect heat. Coarsely chop the grilled peppers, then layer them onto the focaccia with cheese and basil.
  • Place the focaccia on a drip pan or on the unheated side of a gas grill. Cover and cook on high heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted. Cut into wedges before serving.
