Succulent chicken chunks coated in a flavorful soy-hoisin sauce, infused with fragrant cilantro and fresh ginger, all cooked to perfection in individual foil packets.
Ingredients:
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Kikkoman Hoisin Sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 18 (12-inch square) pieces aluminum foil
Instructions:
  • Dice chicken into bite-sized 1-inch pieces. In a mixing bowl, blend cornstarch, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, cilantro, ginger, and garlic. Add chicken, mix well to coat evenly, then cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Fold each piece of foil into a 6-inch square. Divide the chicken equally among the foil squares. Fold foil diagonally and seal edges tightly. Bake on a nonstick baking sheet for 20 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.
