Ingredients:
  • 1 box (60 oz) Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 12 eggs
  • 7 1/4 cups milk
Instructions:
  • Prepare the griddle by coating it with vegetable oil and preheat it to 375°F. The griddle is ready when pancakes turn golden after cooking for 1 minute and 15 seconds on the first side, and 1 minute on the second side.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together until fully combined. Drop batter onto a hot griddle using a scant 1/4 cupful or a #24 scoop.
  • Continue to cook the pancakes until the edges are dry, then flip them and cook until they are a beautiful golden brown, making sure to oil the griddle between batches if needed.
