Mayo-garlic coated baked chicken breasts with French onion bread crumb coating - perfect for a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry French onion soup mix
  • 0.33333334326744 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Combine bread crumbs and dry soup mix in a bowl.
  • Combine the mayonnaise and garlic paste in a separate bowl. Microwave on high for 20 to 30 seconds to achieve a smoother consistency.
  • Coat chicken breasts in the creamy mayonnaise mixture, then generously sprinkle on the crunchy crumb topping before placing on a baking sheet.
