French-style beans and carrots

Elevate frozen veggies with simple beans and carrots side dish!
Ingredients:
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 eschalots, thinly sliced
  • 500.00 ml frozen baby carrots
  • 500.00 ml frozen baby green beans
  • 20g butter, chopped
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh tarragon
  • 57.20 gm honey
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-low heat, sauté garlic and eschalot in oil for 2 minutes until eschalot softens. Stir in carrot and cook for 3 minutes. Finally, add beans and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until carrots and beans are tender.
  • Combine butter, fragrant tarragon, and sweet honey in a pan. Season generously with salt and pepper. Stir until the butter is melted and all ingredients are well mixed. Serve and enjoy!
