Deliciously easy French-style green beans and chicken bake, topped with creamy soup and Parmesan. Perfect over mashed potatoes or rice.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté chicken breast halves in olive oil until golden brown on both sides, ensuring not to fully cook them. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • 1. In a 2 quart casserole dish, spread out the green beans. 2. Arrange the chicken on top of the beans. 3. Mix cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise in a small bowl. 4. Spread the mixture over the chicken and beans. 5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
