Elevate sweet corn with a blend of fresh herbs and spices for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 4 corn cobs, husk and silk removed, cut in half
  • 80g butter, at room temperature
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh chives
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh coriander
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  • Steam the corn over boiling water in a large saucepan for 6-8 minutes until vibrant yellow and the kernels are tender yet firm.
  • Combine butter, parsley, chives, coriander, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Arrange the corn on the plates and finish with a generous spoonful of the fragrant herb butter. Serve promptly to enjoy at its best.
