Fresh Peach Cobbler

Quick and irresistible peach cobbler bursts with flavor in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 2 cups sugar, divided
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon, divided
  • 0.75 cup Kikkoman Pearl® Organic Original Soymilk
  • 5 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup corn syrup
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place butter in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish and melt in the oven. In a mixing bowl, combine biscuit mix, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Stir in soymilk. Arrange peaches in the baking dish with melted butter. Sprinkle with corn syrup, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and 2 tablespoons cinnamon, tossing to mix well.
  • Spoon dollops of biscuit mixture evenly over the peaches, using the back of the spoon to ensure all peaches are covered. Bake for around 30 minutes, or until the crust is puffed up and beautifully golden brown.
