Wholesome strawberry jam: Fresh strawberries paired with lime, chia seeds, and agave for a delicious, raw blend.
Ingredients:
  • 14 ounces sliced fresh strawberries
  • 0.33333334326744 cup agave nectar
  • 0.25 cup chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions:
  • Combine strawberries, agave, 1/4 cup chia seeds, and lime juice in a large bowl. Use an immersion blender to achieve a chunky texture with the strawberries. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of chia seeds thoroughly using a wooden spoon.
  • Transfer the mixture into two 1/2-pint canning jars. Chill in the refrigerator or freezer for a minimum of 8 hours before enjoying.
