Elevate pasta salad with vibrant bell peppers, broccoli, and onion for a fresh and tasty twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad® classic pasta salad mix
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 cups small fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 small red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup thin wedges red onion
Instructions:
  • Prepare pasta according to the instructions on the box. While the pasta cooks, combine seasoning mix, cold water, oil, and vinegar in a large bowl.
  • Rinse the pasta with cold water to cool it down and shake well to drain excess water.
  • Mix the drained pasta and the rest of the ingredients into the seasoned mixture. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.
