Prepare succulent fried beef ribs with crispy, seasoned breading in your outdoor deep fryer for a delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 3 quarts peanut oil for frying
  • 3 tablespoons coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons onion salt
  • 6 pounds beef ribs, cut into single rib pieces
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat oil in outdoor deep-fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, and onion salt in a medium bowl. Massage the spice blend onto each rib.
  • In a large bowl, vigorously beat the eggs. Then, put the flour in a separate bowl or on a plate.
  • Coat a rib in beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off. Press rib into flour to coat, then repeat dipping in egg and flour. Bread 4 to 5 ribs in the same manner.
  • Carefully transfer the breaded ribs into the fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer. Fry until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
  • Continue breading 4 to 5 more ribs while the ribs are frying.
  • Using tongs, transfer the fried ribs onto paper towels to drain excess oil. Repeat as needed for the rest of the ribs.
