Ingredients:
  • 500g chorizo sausage, sliced
  • 375.00 ml apple cider
  • 2 bay leaves
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over high heat, cook the chorizo for 5 minutes until it begins to brown. Remove excess fat.
  • Combine apple cider and bay leaves with the chorizo, then lower the heat to medium and simmer until the cider becomes syrupy, about 5 to 8 minutes. Serve the warm or room temperature chorizo mixture in a bowl.
