Take a flavor trip to Spain with this delicious tapas.
Ingredients:
  • 375g chorizo
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • - Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chorizo for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until crispy. Place on a plate lined with paper towel to drain excess oil.
  • Mix the chorizo, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl, then serve with lemon wedges.
