Tangy and sweet Korean-style Kimchi stir-fried in sesame oil for a flavorful side dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped into bite-sized pieces, or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil, or to taste
  • 1.5 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook kimchi until fragrant and slightly yellow for about 5 minutes. Add sesame oil and cook until kimchi is coated, around 2 to 3 minutes. Pour vinegar to cover the bottom of the skillet. Increase heat slightly and bring vinegar to a boil. Stir in sugar. Reduce heat to low and cook until sugar dissolves and kimchi is browned, about 3 minutes.
