Delicious ham and fried rice stir-fry with green onions, peas, carrots, bean sprouts, and egg tossed in soy sauce. Ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cubed ham
  • 1 cup frozen mixed peas and carrots
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups cold cooked rice
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Stir-fry green onions for 1 minute. Add ham, peas, carrots, and beaten eggs. Cook until eggs are set. Stir in cold rice and bean sprouts until heated through. Remove from heat and season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
