Delicious summer blueberry popsicles perfect for keeping cool in the heat.
Ingredients:
  • 250g blueberries
  • 140g yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Prepare a tray by lining it with baking paper. Skewer blueberries onto small bamboo sticks.
  • Fill a tall narrow glass with yogurt. Dip the blueberry skewers halfway into the yogurt to coat partially. Arrange them on the lined tray and freeze for 1-2 hours until fully frozen.
