Indulge in luxurious hazelnut coffee frozen yogurt bark for a delightful post-dinner treat while hosting.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 62.50 gm boiling water
  • 312.50 ml Greek style natural yoghurt
  • 120g skinless hazelnuts, toasted, roughly chopped
  • 40.00 ml dark chocolate chips, roughly chopped
  • 0.63 gm cocoa powder
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan by greasing it and lining the base and sides with baking paper, allowing the paper to extend 2cm above the edges of the pan.
  • Combine coffee and boiling water in a small bowl, stirring until fully dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool completely before using.
  • In a bowl, swirl together yoghurt and cooled coffee. Smooth this delicious mixture over the pan, then layer with crunchy hazelnuts and chocolate before dusting with cocoa powder. Let it freeze uncovered for at least 6 hours or overnight. Pop it into bite-sized pieces and indulge right away.
