Brew coffee, make cherry coffee rolls with Bisquick mix and jam for a delightful morning treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/3 cup brewed strong hazelnut coffee, cooled
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 jar (10 oz) cherry jam
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 13x9-inch pan.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, coffee, milk, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until dough forms. Transfer dough to surface lightly dusted with Bisquick mix. Knead until smooth (about 10 turns). Roll out dough into a 15x9-inch rectangle. Evenly spread jam on the dough. Roll up tightly from one long side and seal the seam. Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal slices using a sharp knife. Arrange slices cut side down in a pan.
  • Bake for 23-25 minutes until golden brown. Let the rolls cool on a rack. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle the warm rolls with the glaze and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
