Decadent chocolate and crispy rice crust, topped with fluffy cream cheese and peanut butter filling, and drizzled with chocolate sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2.5 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 0.5 cup chocolate fudge sauce
Instructions:
  • In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate chips together. Take the pan off the heat, and delicately fold in the rice cereal until fully coated. Firmly press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate, covering both the bottom and the sides. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly mix in condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add lemon juice and vanilla, then gently fold in whipped cream. Spread the mixture onto the crust. Drizzle chocolate on top and freeze for 4 hours until set. Keep in the freezer until serving and store any leftovers in the freezer as well.
