Indulgent creamy peanut butter pie with a cookie crust, combining cream cheese, peanut butter, and whipped topping.
Ingredients:
  • 24 NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, crushed
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
Instructions:
  • Combine the crushed cookies with melted butter, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until smooth. Gently fold in 1-1/2 cups of COOL WHIP and spread the mixture into the crust.
  • 1. Freeze the mixture for 4 hours until it is firm. Prior to serving, take it out of the freezer 30 minutes in advance and allow it to soften slightly at room temperature. Finish by topping it with the remaining COOL WHIP.
