Delicious fruit pie with sour cream topping. Customize with apple, blueberry, peach, or cherries.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 0.66666668653488 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can apple pie filling
  • 1 (16 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 pint sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine the flour and salt. In a single measuring cup, combine the milk, sugar, and oil, then pour into the flour mixture. Stir until well combined. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Spread the fruit filling over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth. Pour the mixture over the fruit filling, then sprinkle the top with cinnamon.
  • Place in a preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until the topping is firm. Let it cool, then store in the fridge.
