Try these delicious and convenient muesli bars for a perfect snack anytime.
Ingredients:
  • 750.00 ml toasted fruit muesli
  • 62.50 ml chopped dried apricots
  • 62.50 ml chopped dried dates
  • 62.50 ml chopped dried figs
  • 21.45 gm shredded coconut
  • 125g butter, chopped
  • 117.98 gm honey
  • 85.80 gm peanut butter
  • 90.00 gm firmly packed brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 3cm-deep, 16cm x 26cm slice pan by greasing it and lining it with baking paper, leaving a 2cm overhang on the long sides.
  • Mix together the muesli, apricots, dates, figs, and coconut in a large bowl.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, honey, peanut butter, and sugar, stirring for 4 to 5 minutes until thickened. Mix into muesli, press into pan, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy!
