Fruit cake with yoghurt and nut sauce

Ingredients:
  • 20g shredded coconut
  • 125.00 ml sliced peaches in natural juice
  • 130g yoghurt
  • 4 slices light fruit cake
  • 100g pkt honey roasted flavoured mixed nuts, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat a small frying pan over medium heat. Add coconut and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until it turns golden brown.
  • Mix the fruit with the yogurt.
  • Plate the cake elegantly, generously drizzle with the creamy yogurt concoction, and sprinkle with the crunchy nuts and luscious coconut to create a delectable masterpiece.
