Frozen yoghurt layer cake

"Vibrant frozen yogurt cake, made with fresh colorful fruit for a healthy and irresistible summer treat."
Ingredients:
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 16 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 250 g bananas
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 250 g blackberries
  • seasonal berries
Instructions:
  • Prepare a loaf tin by lining it with clingfilm. Blend the strawberries with 4 tablespoons of yoghurt until smooth. Pour the mixture into the tin and freeze for at least 15 minutes. Clean the blender and blend the bananas with 4 tablespoons of yoghurt. Add this layer to the tin and return to the freezer. Repeat the process with the other fruits and remaining yoghurt. Once the top layer is firm, the cake is ready to enjoy. Slice while frozen and serve with berries.
