Refreshing summer fruit punch, customizable with or without alcohol.
Ingredients:
  • 850ml can apricot nectar
  • 5 passionfruit, pulp removed
  • 125g strawberries, hulled, chopped
  • Chilled mineral water, lemonade or champagne, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine apricot nectar, passionfruit pulp, and strawberries in a serving jug. Mix thoroughly and chill until ready to serve.
  • Pour the apricot mixture into glasses until they are half full, then fill the glasses with mineral water, lemonade, or champagne.
