Indulge in a refreshing morning fruit salad.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Williams pears, sliced
  • 2 Jazz apples, sliced
  • 2 kiwifruit, sliced
  • 50.00 gm rolled oats
  • 56.10 gm sultanas
  • 500.00 ml vanilla yoghurt
  • 165.00 ml frozen raspberries, thawed.
Instructions:
  • Distribute the pears, apple, and kiwifruit evenly among 4 bowls.
  • Sprinkle rolled oats and sultanas over the fruit salad, then drizzle with vanilla yogurt and top with thawed raspberries.
