Make a delectable and effortless no-bake slice to stay safe and satisfied.
Ingredients:
  • 250g pkt milk arrowroot biscuits
  • 200g dried apricots
  • 400g dark chocolate, broken up
  • 125ml thickened cream
  • 170g pkt Ocean Spray craisins (dried cranberries)
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 20cm x 30cm slab pan with non-stick baking paper. In a large sealable plastic bag, crush the biscuits by wrapping the bag in a tea towel and using a rolling pin.
  • Dice the apricots with children's scissors.
  • Option 1: Place the chocolate and cream in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water to melt together. Option 2: Melt the chocolate and cream in the microwave on medium power, stirring every minute until smooth.
  • Combine crushed biscuits, apricots, and craisins with the melted chocolate. Mix until fully blended. Pour the mixture into the pan and use a spoon to create a smooth surface. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until firm. Cut into squares before serving.
