Easy, decadent 3-ingredient no-bake dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (10.75 oz) frozen pound cake loaf, partially thawed
  • 3/4 cup thick fudge ice cream topping
  • 1 quart (4 cups) cherry nut ice cream, slightly softened
Instructions:
  • Cut a large 20x18-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil. Slice the frozen cake horizontally into 4 thin slices and arrange the bottom layer lengthwise on the foil.
  • Spread a generous 1/4 cup of the ice cream topping over the bottom layer, then spoon 1/3 of the ice cream over the topping and smooth the top. Repeat these layers twice and finish by topping with the remaining cake slice, pressing it firmly.
  • Wrap the mixture firmly in foil and freeze until solid, approximately for 4 hours. Slice and serve.
