Decadent s'mores brownies: Fudgy brownie on a graham cracker crust, topped with creamy chocolate, marshmallow creme, and mini marshmallows, broiled for perfection.
Ingredients:
  • Crisco® No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1.25 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 (19.5 ounce) box Pillsbury® Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 0.5 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 (11.5 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (13 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Evenly spread 1 cup of the mixture in the pan. Make brownie batter following package instructions with oil, water, and eggs. Pour the batter over the crumbs and bake for 28 to 31 minutes until the center is set. Let it cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir until the mixture is fully melted and smooth. Pour over the brownie layer and freeze until firm, approximately 1 hour.
  • Preheat broiler to HIGH. Evenly spread marshmallow creme over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows. Broil 6 inches from heat for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
