Vibrant pasta with shaved ham, pine nuts, and spring onions.
Ingredients:
  • 400g fusilli pasta spirals
  • 285g wood roasted whole small peppers, drained, chopped
  • 100g shaved ham, finely chopped
  • 65g pine nuts, toasted
  • 180g persian feta in oil
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped plus extra to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions in a generously salted pot of boiling water. Once cooked, drain the pasta and transfer it to a spacious salad bowl.
  • Combine peppers, ham, spring onions, and pine nuts, and gently toss. Sprinkle feta on top and drizzle with oil from the jar. Gently mix pasta, top with extra chopped spring onions, and serve right away.
