Ingredients:
  • 18.40 gm oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 chicken breasts, chopped
  • 5 birds eye chillies
  • 31.50 gm soy sauce
  • 24.40 gm fish sauce
  • 12.20 gm oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp palm sugar
  • 1 bunch Thai basil
Instructions:
  • In a hot wok, heat up the oil. Stir in the garlic and cook for a minute. Add the onion and stir-fry until soft, about another minute.
  • Stir fry the chicken and chillies until chicken is almost cooked. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and palm sugar, and stir fry for another minute.
  • Toss in the fragrant Thai basil and stir until it gently wilts. Serve piping hot alongside fluffy white rice.
