Scrambled egg, deli ham, and provolone cheese sliders on King's® Hawaiian Rolls - a delicious and simple breakfast treat!
Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian bread rolls (such as King's®)
  • 18 slices provolone cheese, or as needed
  • 12 slices deli ham, or as needed
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, vigorously whisk together eggs, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper until fluffy. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Pour in the eggs and gently stir with a spatula until cooked through, about 3 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Begin by slicing the rolls in half horizontally and placing the bottoms in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer provolone cheese, scrambled eggs, ham, provolone cheese, ham, and provolone cheese on top. Finish by adding the roll tops and cutting through to create individual sandwiches.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 1/4 cup of butter, brown sugar, and mustard. Cook and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Spread the delicious mixture over the tops of the rolls. Cover the baking dish with foil and let it sit for approximately 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and unveil the baking dish from its foil cover.
  • Bake until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted, for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven.
