Elevate your brownie mix with a decadent chocolate ganache - simply made with chocolate chips and whipping cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
  • Fresh raspberries, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 42 miniature muffin cups with mini paper baking cups. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with about 1 tablespoon of batter each.
  • Bake for 18 to 21 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the edge of brownie bites comes out clean. Avoid overbaking. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then for about 30 minutes until completely cool. Remove paper liners carefully, if preferred.
  • In a small saucepan, gently warm the whipping cream until it almost boils. Take it off the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until they are fully melted. Allow the mixture to sit for about 15 minutes until it thickens enough to coat a spoon.
  • Place a generous 1 teaspoon of the luscious chocolate mixture on top of each brownie and adorn them with fresh raspberries.
