Betty's easy Nutella brownies topped with quick microwave ganache and toasted hazelnuts. Perfect for parties or spoiling someone special in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
  • 1/2 cup Nutella® hazelnut spread with cocoa
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts (filberts), toasted, skinned
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease the bottom of a 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray, then prepare brownie batter according to the box instructions and spread it in the pan.
  • Bake for 28 to 31 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out nearly clean. Allow to cool completely on a cooling rack for about 1 1/2 hours.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat hazelnut spread, chocolate chips, and whipping cream uncovered on High for 30 seconds. Stir well and continue to microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Pour the hazelnut mixture over the baked brownie and spread it evenly on top. Sprinkle nuts over the surface. Refrigerate it uncovered for about 2 hours until the hazelnut mixture is set. Store the brownie loosely covered in the refrigerator.
