Whip up a vibrant vegetable platter with salad greens, jicama, carrots, celery, radish, cauliflower, and broccoli, served with creamy spinach dip. Ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • Greens such as curly endive, mustard, napa cabbage, leaf lettuce, radicchio
  • 1/2 medium jicama, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 4 celery stalks, cut into sticks
  • 1 bunch radishes, trimmed
  • 1 cup cauliflowerets
  • 1 cup broccoli flowerets
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach dip
Instructions:
  • Select a mix of fresh clay flowerpots and saucers in various sizes. Place a layer of plastic wrap inside the pots and loosely pack them with greens. Cover the saucers with a leaf of lettuce or cabbage.
  • Arrange jicama, carrot, and celery sticks along with radishes in elegant serving pots. Fill separate plates with cauliflower and broccoli florets, and a delicious dip on the side.
  • Place pots and saucers neatly on a wooden serving tray.
