Kid-friendly crunchy veggie sticks, baked to perfection!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups Progresso™ Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh asparagus spears, carrot sticks or fresh green beans
  • Ranch dressing, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 300°F and line large cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper. Place flour in one shallow bowl and beaten eggs in another. In a separate shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese until combined.
  • Coat vegetables in flour, dip in egg, and cover in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheets.
  • Bake until golden brown and vegetables are crisp-tender, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing.
