Try our Mediterranean-inspired feta herb garlic mashed potatoes for a flavorful twist on a classic side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a big pot, cover potatoes with salted water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until tender, around 20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
  • Use a potato masher to blend the potatoes until smooth. Add milk, feta cheese, butter, garlic, oregano, and rosemary, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
