Greek-inspired potatoes with dill, garlic, and lemon for a burst of Mediterranean flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon, crushed
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into inch-thick wedges
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine and blend water, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, chicken bouillon, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Arrange the potato wedges in a baking dish. Drizzle them with the flavorful seasoning mixture, then cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • Roast in a hot oven, gently flipping them halfway through, until the potato wedges are tender inside, for 90 minutes to 2 hours.
