Indulge in warm, melty Gruyere cheese with garlic and herbs, perfect for dipping bread or crackers - a cozy and effortless appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces Gruyere cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley®)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches below the broiler and preheat the broiler.
  • In a small cast iron skillet, layer Gruyere cheese and sprinkle with dill, ranch seasoning, thyme, and crushed garlic. Lightly coat the top with olive oil spray.
  • Broil until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling, approximately 5 minutes.
