Delight guests with crispy garlic bread as a tasty appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh basil
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh oregano
  • 1.20 gm sea salt flakes
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 crusty sourdough rolls, halved
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix together garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and oil in a small bowl, then season with pepper.
  • On a large baking tray, arrange the bread cut-side up. Brush generously with the oil mixture and cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
