Garlic and herb lavash crisps

Ingredients:
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 lavash breads
  • marinated antipasto vegetables, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 220°C/200°C fan-forced and generously grease 2 baking trays.
  • In a bowl, mix oil, garlic, and oregano. Brush the bread with the oil mixture. Cut each bread into 4cm x 5cm pieces, then place them in a single layer on prepared trays, oiled side up. Bake for 8 minutes until crisp. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
