This quick and flavorful one-pan side dish is packed with immune-boosting vitamin C and antioxidants, thanks to the powerful garlic clove. Ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 30g butter, chopped
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 600g mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 82.50 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter with oil until sizzling. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Sauté mushrooms until golden and tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Mix in parsley, chives, and half of the lemon zest. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish the mushrooms with the rest of the lemon zest before serving.
