Garlic and rosemary chicken tray bake recipe

Flavorful and easy tray bake - minimal prep, maximum flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 450g potato
  • 6 chicken pieces on the bone
  • 1 bunch Dutch carrots, trimmed, or 200g baby carrots, peeled
  • 8 brussels sprouts, halved
  • 8 large garlic cloves
  • 0.63 gm ground paprika
  • 2 tsp chopped rosemary
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a large roasting pan with baking paper. Spread the potatoes evenly on the pan. Give them a quick spritz of olive oil spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until they turn a light golden brown.
  • Combine chicken, carrots, brussels sprouts, and garlic with the potatoes in the pan, ensuring all ingredients are evenly distributed. Generously coat the chicken and vegetables with olive oil spray, then sprinkle with paprika and rosemary. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the vegetables are golden brown and the chicken is fully cooked.
