Grilled chicken marinated in garlic and rosemary for a flavorful dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 1/4 lb)
Instructions:
  • Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a shallow glass dish or resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  • Preheat a gas or charcoal grill. Take the chicken out of the marinade and dispose of the marinade. Grill the chicken over medium heat, cover, and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping once, until the chicken's juices run clear when the thickest part is cut (reaching at least 165°F).
