Prep Time:
20 minutes
Total Time:
Infuse sirloin steak with dried thyme, garlic, and tangy steak sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 (1 1/2-lb.) boneless beef sirloin steak
Instructions:
  • Preheat your gas or charcoal grill. Mix all ingredients except for the steak in a small bowl until well combined. Brush both sides of the steak with some of the sauce mixture, saving the rest for later.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the steak on a gas grill over medium heat or on a charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook for 8 to 13 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness, remember to turn it once or twice and brush it occasionally with the reserved sauce mixture.
  • Slice the steak into individual serving portions. Serve with extra steak sauce on the side, if desired.
