Homemade bell pepper, garlic, and basil vinaigrette. Perfect for pasta salads.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 red bell pepper, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 4 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • Select a pristine bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid or cork. Add peppers, garlic, parsley, and basil to the container. Pour in olive oil, Italian dressing, and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference. Cover with the lid, shake thoroughly to combine, and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 days to enhance the flavors.
