Easy and delicious garlic bread for any gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 430g loaf Turkish bread, cut into 2cm slices (See note)
  • 75.08 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange the bread slices on the tray.
  • In a bowl, mix together oil and garlic. Brush both sides of bread with the oil mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy. Serve bread warm alongside slow-cooked lamb shanks.
