Garlic butter flaked salmon

Impress guests with luxurious garlic sauce over perfectly cooked salmon - an elegant dinner party favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 1.8kg skinless and boneless side of salmon
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 40.00 ml lemon pepper
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
  • 250g butter, chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh continental parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay the salmon on a baking tray and drizzle with oil. Season with lemon pepper and salt. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon reaches your desired doneness.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and lemon juice, cook until fragrant for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add parsley, and season.
  • Shred salmon into rustic flakes using Wonder Claws, then generously drizzle with half of the sauce. Serve the salmon alongside the remaining sauce and crisp salad leaves.
