Quick, affordable gourmet pizza with grilled chicken, tomatoes, red onions, green peppers on garlic-parmesan sauce and mozzarella - a stunning and delicious masterpiece!
Ingredients:
  • 1.125 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 1.25 teaspoons salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 1 cup roasted garlic and parmesan cheese sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 10 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced
  • 0.25 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
Instructions:
  • Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's suggestion. Choose the dough cycle and start the machine.
  • Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C). Dust a large pizza pan with cornmeal. Roll or gently press the dough on a lightly floured surface until it matches the size of the pizza pan, then transfer it to the pan.
  • Layer dough with rich, flavorful sauce and a generous sprinkle of garlic. Cover with a blanket of gooey, melty cheese. Arrange a colorful medley of chicken, green peppers, onions, and tomatoes on top of the pizza.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the dough is cooked, cheese is melted, and toppings are golden brown.
